Custom Steel Building Services for Every Project Type
Our work covers a wide range of steel structure solutions, from custom barndominium homes and weld-up barns to specialty agricultural buildings and commercial structures. We also handle all the supporting work: dirt prep, concrete, spray foam, electrical, fencing, and pergolas. If it takes a solid foundation and a durable frame, we build it right the first time.

Custom Barndominiums
Our barndominiums are fully engineered residential builds using I-beam trusses ranging from 6 to 24 inches, 2x4 and 2x6 stud walls, and Zip System or half-inch plywood wrap for moisture protection. Closed-cell and open-cell spray foam insulation keeps the interior comfortable year-round. These are real homes built to residential standards, not just steel shells.

Commercial & Weld-Up Barns
We construct both bolt-up engineered commercial buildings and fully custom weld-up steel barns. Weld-up structures use I-beam columns from 6 to 18 inches, C-purlin wall girts from 4 to 8 inches, and commercial insulated panel doors as the default standard. Steel barn construction at this level is built for long-term industrial and agricultural use without compromise.

Steel Fencing
Our steel fencing is built to hold up in the North Texas climate without warping, rotting, or rusting over time. Unlike wood or chain-link alternatives, high-quality steel fencing gives you a low-maintenance perimeter that holds its integrity for years. It is a practical, durable option for residential properties, ranches, and commercial sites alike.

DIRT WORK & SITE PREPARATION
Every solid structure starts with a well-prepared site. We handle clearing, grading, leveling, trenching, and select fill pads. Our fill is compacted in controlled 2 to 4 inch lifts for maximum stability. Roads are built with 4 to 6 inches of clean road base and roller packed to hold up under heavy use. Proper site prep is the foundation before the foundation.

Concrete Foundations
We pour 3500 PSI rebar-reinforced concrete designed to handle North Texas soil conditions. Our standard foundation includes 12-inch wide by 18-inch deep perimeter and cross beams, number 4 rebar in beams, number 3 rebar on 18-inch centers, vapor barriers, and rebar chairs for proper lift. We also pour pool decks, sidewalks, and driveways to the same standard.

Spray Foam Insulation
Steel conducts temperature, so proper insulation is critical. We apply 1 to 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam in shops and commercial buildings for an airtight thermal seal. Barndominiums get closed-cell plus 3 to 8 inches of open-cell foam for full residential comfort. This combination eliminates air gaps, controls indoor temperature, and adds a layer of soundproofing.

Electrical Services
We provide electrical services for both residential and commercial builds as part of our integrated construction approach. Having electrical handled in-house alongside the structural work keeps your project on schedule and reduces the coordination issues that come with managing multiple contractors. It is one less thing you have to worry about from start to finish.

Custom Pergolas
Our custom pergolas are built to complement the steel structures we construct, giving you a durable outdoor shade solution that holds up against the Texas heat and weather. Whether attached to a barndominium or added to an existing property, a steel pergola is a low-maintenance upgrade that adds real functional value to your outdoor space.

Project Drawings
Before a single piece of steel goes up, we provide professional project drawings priced between 50 cents and one dollar per square foot. These technical drawings set the scope, confirm engineering requirements, and give you a clear picture of the finished build before work begins. For barndominiums, a $1,500 non-refundable consultation fee covers the drawing process and applies toward your build.
